Back in November I had the privilege of shooting a series of engagement portraits for Tina and Devin. They were great sports, as we shot in the early morning of one of the first truly cold days of the winter. Neither one of them flinched when I asked them to take off their coats, and by the time we finished, it was actually a beautiful day. We started our morning off at Chatham Manor just outside of Fredericksburg. If you are in the area, and have a free hour or two I highly recommend walking around the property sometime, it is a gorgeous park and the friendly staff do a great job of keeping it looking pristine. And unlike some of the area attractions, Chatham is always relatively quiet. From there, Tina and Devin and I headed into downtown Fredericksburg, hitting the VRE station and then a leisurely walk around the city. We had a blast and came up with some beautiful images. I can’t wait for their wedding!
