Who Are You?
I'm a Native Virginian, a lover of dogs, and an avid cyclist. My wife, two step-children and three lucky mutts all live in King George, VA, a sleepy little country town just outside of Fredericksburg.
When I'm not crafting pictures, you'll find me on my bike, or sipping coffee at Hyperion Espresso, or chowing down at one of many great restaurants in Fredericksburg. If you bump into me downtown, please say hello!
I look forward to hearing from you!
What’s Your Style?
I'm a storyteller. Ok. I know. That's not really a style. In fact, it's more of a philosophy. Perhaps even a way of living. But it's definitely what I do best, and in a way, it's where I come from. My family is rich with story, and as a result, we're all tellers in our own right. For me, story is about people, and the mystery of human interaction, and I hope that's evident in what you see here on the blog.
While writing a blog post last year I accidentally fell into a catch phrase that's really stuck with me, and that is," I want to tell your story, not make you pose for mine." While I hope that all my photographs are infused with my unique voice and craft, I want to create photographs that you'll be comfortable with now, and thirty years from now.
